These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") describe how Corniea("we," "us") send text messages to mobile phones. They supplement our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

I may send text messages to respond to inquiries you start by phone or text, and to share updates about work you and I are doing together. Messages come from me, not from a bulk marketing list.

Consent

By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts — for example by email, on a call, or by texting me first — you consent to receive SMS from Corniea at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency & charges

Message frequency varies; typically fewer than four messages per month per recipient unless you are in an active project with ongoing coordination. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.

Opt out & help

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from future texts. Reply HELP for assistance. After you opt out, we may send one confirmation text. You can also email jay@corniea.com to update your preferences.

Supported carriers & delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers and delivery are subject to change without notice.

Privacy & sharing

We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing. We use your number only as described in our Privacy Policy. Message content and metadata may be processed by our SMS provider (Twilio) to deliver texts.
